Where do we start?
Every custom build begins with a clear sense of direction. This can come from a single idea, a particular style, or a collection of details that resonate — whether drawn from bikes you’ve seen in person or references gathered over time. These inputs form the foundation of the design process, helping to define the overall look, feel, and purpose of the build. From there, we work closely with you to refine that direction into a cohesive concept, balancing aesthetics, performance, and practicality. Through consultation, we explore what’s achievable within your scope, ensuring the final result is both considered and well executed. Our aim is to create motorcycles that are not only visually distinctive, but engineered to perform and built to a standard that reflects the individuality of each client.
What bike to start with?
The starting point of any build plays a significant role in the overall direction of the project. We can work with an existing motorcycle you already own or assist in sourcing a suitable base, depending on the vision and requirements of the build. Choosing the right foundation is key. While older or neglected bikes can offer character, they often introduce additional complexity, unforeseen costs, and limitations that can impact the final outcome. In many cases, beginning with a well-maintained or higher-quality base allows for a more controlled and refined result. Equally, starting with a modern or new platform provides a clean slate — enabling us to develop something truly individual while maintaining performance, reliability, and precision throughout.
Frame Development
From subtle frame refinements to complete structural modifications, we design and execute all work using advanced metalworking, welding, and forming techniques ensuring each change enhances not only the visual profile of the bike, but its strength, balance, and overall integrity. Frame development plays a critical role in defining both the stance and performance of a motorcycle. Every modification is approached with careful consideration for proportion, geometry, and durability, resulting in a finished structure that is as functional as it is distinctive.
Suspension Conversions
Suspension upgrades are a key part of many modern custom builds and are one of our most popular modifications to a bike, particularly when working with classic platforms. We integrate contemporary suspension systems to improve both performance, looks and stance, carefully adapting each setup to suit the geometry and character of the motorcycle. The result is a significant step forward in handling and ride quality, while maintaining a clean, cohesive aesthetic.
Bodywork & Design Integration
Bodywork is developed as part of a complete design, not as an afterthought. We can create bespoke panels and forms that integrate seamlessly with the overall build, ensuring consistency in line, proportion, and finish. Whether working in metal, composite materials, or modern manufacturing processes, each component is shaped to complement the surrounding elements and contribute to a cohesive final result. This level of integration is what separates a well-executed build from something truly resolved — where every surface, edge, and transition feels intentional.
Paintwork
Paintwork is carried out entirely in-house, giving us complete control over one of the most defining aspects of every build. With over 300 motorcycles painted in the past decade, we bring a depth of experience across a wide range of finishes — from subtle, understated schemes to more complex, highly detailed work. Every finish is developed as part of the overall design, ensuring consistency, precision, and a result that elevates the entire build.
Electrical
Electrical systems are developed to match the demands of modern builds, integrating contemporary electronics and lighting solutions into both new and classic platforms. From simplified wiring systems to fully integrated controls, each setup is designed for reliability, functionality, and a clean, considered finish. Lighting, controls, and electronics are all treated as part of the overall design, ensuring seamless integration without compromising performance or aesthetics.
We take on a limited number of projects each year, allowing us to maintain a high level of detail, focus, and quality across every build.
